April 19, 2021: Ashland County Recycling Update:
The Board of Commissioners will vote on Thursday, April 22nd to enter into a contract with Kimble Recycling and Disposal Inc. to service the county-wide recycling bin program. If approved, Kimble will build 53 new recycle bins that will be located throughout the county. The goal is to have the recycle bins in place by early June but this is contingent on their construction.
April 8, 2021: CHIP Information (Community Housing Improvement Program)
Updated income guidelines will be announced soon and the new grant will be awarded in December. We will keep the community updated when application packets are ready.

January 11, 2021: The recycling center is temporarily closed as we upgrade the facility and evaluate the operations moving forward. Today we had a discussion with our consultant about a bidding process for private service. As recycling has evolved over the past several years, we continue to review all options available to provide the most efficient and cost effective recycling program for Ashland County.
