 Notice is hereby given to any person with any right or title in interest that the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas in State of Ohio v. Marvin Jewel Clayton, Case No. 24-CRI-246, has ordered a criminal  forfeiture of a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe LT SUV,

VIN No. 1GNSKNKD2MR105888. This property will be dispositioned pursuant to law. This Notice shall be published on the Ashland County website and the Ashland County Facebook page beginning on January 21, 2026 and continuing through and including January 30, 2026, pursuant to R.C. 2981.04(D). This forfeiture is subject to legal interests of third parties who may file a petition asserting a legal interest in the property with the Court within thirty days after the final publication of this Notice.
